We will flow through various exercises focusing on moving effectively to achieve optimal results in your workouts! ______________________________________________________________________________________ 10:00-11:00 YIN/Yang YOGA: Heather Ivany Location: Elevation Place: 700 Railway Ave: Upstairs Room 209 A/B *Bring yoga mat & yoga strap (this could be a housecoat tie, belt, band etc) Yin/Yang Yoga is a class that for the first half balances the Yin (feminine) side through deep lengthening beyond superficial muscles into connective tissues, with traditional Yang(masculine) postures of sun salutations and strength postures for the second half. The practice starts with deep, introspective, and quiet yoga and evolves into an energizing and uplifting yoga that sets you on your way for the rest of your day.
