How we get started:

>>You are creating time in your life for a regular Yoga Nidra and/or meditation practice to support your evolution as a teacher.
What your investment includes:
>> 60 minute Bi-Weekly Skype or phone conversations where we together gain clarity on what exactly you want to gain in your teaching.
>> If you live in the Fernie area I will come and observe your class for feedback and direction. If you do not live in the Fernie area you video record (iPhone camera is fine) your class and send to me for observation.
>>The class observation happens at the beginning of our training together and the end of our training together.
>>You will send me a profile photo which will be measured to determine your major limiting belief and San Kalpa. (Your Limiting Belief and San Kalpa will be a valuable tool for restructuring your sub conscious patterning).
Cost of the program is $750 for my 3-month mentorship program. $1500 for my 6-month mentorship program
