The practice of self-observation is what leads us to the core of our fundamental understanding of who we are. It asks of us to be honest, patient, and fully present. But how does one begin and is it best to go it alone?
This course will discuss the workings of the subconscious mind and how it leads to shifts that are long standing and secure.
We will explore the art of Yoga Nidra-the yogic practice of awakening through deep sleep. How and why does it work? As well as receiving a gift of yoga nidra practice you can do at home.
