I was drawn to Heather Ivany's Yoga classes years ago because of the the magic I experienced in her presence. She not only offers physically challenging classes that leave my body feeling great, but her wisdom and knowledge leak into all aspects of her teaching. She has a powerful and succinct way of expressing complex ideas that leave me feeling whole. She is one of my favorite yoga teachers because of her down to earth, light hearted, realistic and loving view of the world. She has been a great support in helping me develop as a human being and she will forever be one of my greatest inspirations.
